how to do an in-home pedi

Did you know you can enjoy a free product each month? This foot therapy cream is just the thing to get pedi-ready for spring. I don't know about you, but here in New England I am happy to think warmer thoughts right about now. Here is my in-home pedi to get sandal ready!

1. Soak your feet and relax with my foot therapy soak. The soak includes dead sea salt, which is a gentle, natural exfoliate that removes dead skin. Its minerals rich formula will soften skin and restore hydration. It will absorb dirt, grime and toxins to cleanse your skin's pores. While you're relaxing, you may want to try my weekly go-to, a  charcoal detox face mask.

2. File your toenails and exfoliate your feet with a pumice stone or one of our sugar scrubs. You can try lemon, pink grapefruit, or for a limited time, lavender.

3. Pat your feet dry and moisturize. Try massaging our foot therapy cream into your heels. Push back your cuticles then apply your favorite nail polish. The beneficial organic blend of essential oils in the cream include tea tree and cedarwood. Tea tree oil has healing qualities, known for thousands of years. It has so many anti-viral and anti-fungal benefits. Fun fact: the Australian army puts it in soldiers' first aid kits. Tea tree oil can also treat minor wounds, encourage healing, and prevent infection. 

Cedarwood oil reduces inflammation, skin peeling and acts as an antiseptic on wounds. I love the woodsy scent. I made a rollerball of jojoba and cedarwood for my husband to replace his toxic cologne. You could add sweet orange to that to kick it up a notch.
